This legendary establishment at The Chesterfield Palm Beach hotel has it all. Recently refurbished, it’s a sleek and sophisticated environment that manages to be cool yet decadent at the same time. Floor-to-ceiling windows give panoramic views over the Atlantic. The two bar counters each contains an aquarium so you can enjoy your drink whilst watching the vibrantly coloured tropical fish. Feast on mouth-watering tuna, mahi mahi, cobia, snapper and grouper – just a few of the 10-15 types of fish that arrive daily from the South Florida, Hawaii and the oceans in between. Excellent fish cakes too.
For romance: Cafe L’Europe
Run by a husband and wife team who display impeccable taste this is a very intimate and couple-orientated establishment. Perfectly located at the heart of central Palm Beach it offers a classic fine dining experience.
For dining and shopping: Ta-boo on Worth Avenue
Hugely popular with the locals, who gravitate to the tables in the windows which open onto Worth Avenue – great for people watching! This legendary bistro and bar was established in 1941, swiftly establishing itself at the heart of Palm Beach society – patrons included John F. Kennedy, Frank Sinatra, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, and even a bold U boat commander who slipped ashore for a couple of drinks during World War II. For seafood: Charley’s Crab
Right on the beach and with a quietly sophisticated atmosphere. Open plan, with tables arranged around a large central bar. The choice of fresh seafood on offer is unbeatable and the staff go out of their way to offer truly personal service.

Recently redesigned and relaunched with bold décor that’s a luxurious spin on the classic social club. Swiftly established itself as the location for the trendy younger set.
