It’s that time of year when Christmas parties are in full swing and everyone is feeling festive! To help your party go off with a jingle we’ve got a festive recipe from the Head Barman at The Chesterfield Palm Beach.
2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
To start off with you want tom make sure your Martini glass is chilling either rinse it in water and place it in the freezer for 10 – 15 mins or fill it with cold water and ice for 5 mins.
Pour the ingredients into shaker filled with ice and give it a good hard shake. Get your glass out a drizzle some raspberry sauce up the sides – creating your candy cane strips. Strain into your glass and you are ready to go!
