Now in its 12th year, the event gives the opportunity for up-and-coming actors, directors and industry figures to rub shoulders with some of the cinema world's glitterati and establish a name for themselves.

Over the years, thousands of award-winning films have been shown at the festival, including feature productions, documentaries and short pieces.

There are several categories in which the works compete, with a panel of judges selecting the winners and handing out the awards.

Actors, filmmakers and others will be in attendance at this glitzy soiree, where there will be a series of special events, seminars and workshops for visitors to enjoy.
