Imagine walking down beautiful streets lined with palm trees, bathed in sunshine and sampling wonderful home-cooked food from a variety of stalls.

Well, there is no need to dream about it because in mid-April this very scene will be a reality at the Delray Affair, down Atlantic Avenue in scenic Downtown Beach, Florida.

For two days, locals and visitors will enjoy food, drink, arts, crafts and more from a variety of stalls stretching for ten blocks and providing all the fun and entertainment people need.

While there will be various items for sale, there will also be a series of handicraft shows, youth rides and games for to keep the children happy and several stage performances.

2009 will be the 47th time the event has taken place and visitors are sure to have such a good time that many will find themselves back in 2010.

Another place which draws people back for more is the luxury Florida hotel the Chesterfield Palm Beach, where fine food, drink and entertainment is also are abundance.

Couples on a romantic break can enjoy the delights of the Sweetheart's Package, which includes two days and one night in a fabulous suite, a continental breakfast and a romantic interlude dinner for two, plus much more.
