Down Gourmet Alley, visitors will find usual classics, such as garlic bread, pizza and bruschetta, as well as other mouth-watering meals, including garlic spinach and artichoke-stuffed portobello mushrooms, prime rib with garlic horseradish sauce and garlic-smashed potatoes.

It is not just tasting which is on hand, as there will be several demonstrations provided by some of the region's most accomplished chefs in the Garlic Chefs Stadium.

There is also entertainment on hand for children, with the Garlic University provided for kids to unleash their creative minds and to learn about garlic.

With stomach's nicely full, guests at the Chesterfield Palm Beach can head back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of their evening with a glass of champagne and some fresh strawberries, which are provided as part of the Lovers Escape package.

Those returning to the festival may not want to each too much on Valentine's Day, as the deal also includes a meal on this special occasion, as well as a long-stemmed rose and a continental breakfast the next morning.
