Event: Riverdance: Farewell Performances
Date: May 6th until May 11th 2008

Guests staying at luxury Florida hotel the Chesterfield Palm Beach are urged to "rediscover the original Riverdance" at Riverdance: Farewell Performances in West Palm Beach this spring.

Taking place at the Kravis Centre for the Performing Arts, the internationally acclaimed Irish music, song and dance show is set to wow audiences once again.

Described by the Chicago Tribune as a breathtaking "explosion of sight and sound" it is recommended as ideal for those on family breaks by the Times.

Riverdance first came to international attention in 1994 during an interval at the Eurovision Song Contest and thanks to choreographer Michael Flatley it has since become an international phenomenon, spawning such shows as Lord of the Dance, Feet of Flames and the most recent Celtic Tiger production.

Riverdance brings ancient Celtic mythology and Irish history into its scenes, music and choreography.

Split into three troupes, the Boyne, Corrib and Foyle companies, it is the Boyne Company which will perform in Florida between May 6th and May 11th 2008.
