Let us add a little sparkle to your celebrations with your loved ones, colleagues or clients when staying overnight, or simply joining us for dinner or a special event.


FINE DINING

Enjoy Festive Traditional English Afternoon Teas in The Library or the Leopard Room, including a glass of mulled wine, for $24.00 per person. Available throughout December everyday between 3 and 5pm.

On Christmas Eve, join us in The Leopard Restaurant for a delicious four-course gourmet dinner by candlelight for $49.95 per person. Chef Gerard will also offer Oysters on the Half Shell with Lemon and Mignonette Sauce as a seafood special on Christmas Eve.

On Christmas Day enjoy a magnificent four-course feast for dinner in The Leopard Restaurant for $49.95 ($16.95 per child of 12 and under) 

At The Chesterfield we really know how to welcome the New Year. Start off the evening in our Leopard Lounge with a few cocktails and Hors d'Oeuvres, followed by a sumptuous five-course gala dinner in The Leopard Restaurant, dance the night away and then ring in the New Year with a Champagne toast at midnight! $199.00 per person, guaranteed reservations are required.


PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS

Add a little sparkle to your event and host your private celebrations in one of our elegant function rooms including The Pavilion, The Library, Churchills and The Leopard Room. Banquets, buffets and themed bars available for parties of 10 up to 110 guests. Click here for some sample Party menus.

OVERNIGHT STAY 

Our Home for the Holidays package is the perfect way to get into the festive mood and includes lots of Christmassy treats. Available between 15th December 2009 and 15th January 2010, so it the ideal way to see in the New Year too!
