The position is a key role in delivering a high standard of dining and beverage experience to our guests of this very distinguished hotel, having excellent progression opportunities in the food and beverage department.

Great communications skills are essential as is previous experience. Cocktail knowledge would be desirable.

You should have full availability between Monday and Sunday, the shift patterns operate with early/late organisation. We expect candidates to have valid work status of working in the UK.
