Traditional English Afternoon Tea
Served daily from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. $25 per person includes dainty sandwiches, assorted pastries and scones served warm from the oven with preserves and Devonshire cream. Reservations are suggested.
The Victorian Tea Experience
Step back in time and take a look at the life of a Victorian Lady as she host "tea" for you and your friends. Follow your costumed guide and learn the history of Traditional English Tea, proper tea etiquette and interesting bits about The Chesterfield Hotel and its British counterparts in The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. Then, set up a lesson in Tasseography, the ancient art of tea leaf reading, as your guide teaches you of this fortune-telling method of interpreting tea leaf patterns. Available for groups of 15 to 25 people. Larger groups can be accommodated upon request.
