Lots of customer service from the valet who took care of our car to the front desk who checked us in with glasses of sherry. The Leopard Lounge and Courtyard breakfast was very good; service, food quality, and presentation all very good. Great value and luxury without being stuffy. Manager checks in on guests and the pool service is as divine.
